This need arose from the frustration that is known to every person who ever spent a Saturday afternoon looking through various weekend Real Estate sections in local newspapers looking for open houses to view in a few neighborhoods. The process is quite arduous. The old way of doing things forced us to purchase several newspapers that advertised open houses, the next thing was to search the several pages of these newspapers to see if there were any open houses in the area. Once identified, directions had to be made for each address and finally after doing all that and all too often, after driving to the houses they were not as advertised!
Keep in mind that the local newspapers do not have pictures, the size of the house, directions and usually do not have that much helpful information about the houses that they list. Not to mention turn by turn directions and neighborhood images.
